These terms cover use of the Skala Sites website and inquiries submitted through it. Any website project will also be governed by the scope and terms agreed with you before work begins.
Website information
We aim to keep the information on this website accurate, but it is general information about our services and not a guarantee of a particular business result. We may update the website and its content from time to time.
Plans and scope
Starter includes up to 3 pages and 1 revision round for $349. Professional includes up to 5 pages and 2 revision rounds for $499. Growth includes up to 10 pages and 3 revision rounds for $799. A revision round is one consolidated list of reasonable changes to the agreed website. New pages, significant changes in direction, and functionality outside the original scope are quoted separately. The details of your project will be confirmed before work begins.
Payments and launch
For the listed plans, 50% is due to start and the remaining 50% is due after your approval and before launch. If you already have a website, the replacement is built separately; your existing site stays online until the new site is approved and ready to launch.
Your materials
If you provide photos, text, logos, reviews, or other materials for a project, you are responsible for having the right to use them. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the website review form.
